Liability. 10.1. 

The Company Healing with Annie owned by Annie Zoschke shall not be responsible for any outcome of clients. This is for entertainment purposes only, including, without limitation, any and all fees and expenses. The Company Healing with Annie makes no guarantees regarding the physical and/or mental wellness of any Client. The Company Healing with Annie shall perform the services set out in this Agreement at his or her own risk. Except with respect to the parties’ indemnification obligations, neither party shall be liable to the other for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damage arising from or related to tis agreement, including bodily injury, death, loss of revenue, or profitcs or other benefits, and claims by any third party, even if the parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including without limitation to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, and other torts.
