I was divinely guided to follow Dr. Mindy Pelz on YouTube — and not long after, I picked up her book Fast Like a Girl. Little did I know, it would completely transform my life.
For over 22 years, I silently struggled with weight and hormone imbalance after a hysterectomy. I tried so many things, but nothing truly worked long term — and I honestly never thought in a million years that I could get my hormones back.
